This Privacy Policy describes the way that Sandtorock Pty Ltd ("we") use our user's personal information, that we collect when an individual("you") becomes a Sandtorock website user. We hold 2 types of information about you.

You may decline to provide your personal information, or choose to use a fictional username (membername) and made up information, although some of our features or services may not function properly as a result.

We will monitor "other" information, to ensure it remains respectful to Sandtorock, and to our staff and members, and to Sandtorock values and principles; and if need be we will edit it, delete it or block its availability.
Data Security of Your Information

Sandtorock processes information on servers in USA and Australia. Sandtorock member accounts are secured by member-created passwords, and access to the information is protected by password. We take many precautions to ensure that member account information is kept private, however we cannot guarantee the absolute security of member account information, due to unauthorised entry or use, hardware or software failure, and other factors that may compromise the security of member information at any time.
Openness & Access to Your Information

You have the right to know what information we hold about you, and how we manage your information. All the "personal" information we hold aout you is displayed on the Personal Details Page. "Other" information you provide is available on the webpages designated to display that information. Some "other" information about your usage, collected for support staff to service you in the case of user problems, is available on request, and we reserve the right give you access to it within 30 days of request.

We do not retain your personal information longer than is necessary for the purposes of compliance with the law, and our routine administration.
Identifiers & Sensitive Information

We do not use a prescribed identifier (eg Medicare / Tax File Number / Drivers License) as a method of identifying you. We use your name, username, email address, date of birth, phone number and postal address, are the primary identifiers we use to identify you.

If you apply for a position with Sandtorock, we may request the following information: your health and medical information, race and ethnic origin, language fluency, educational history, political affiliations, criminal records, family structure, membership of professional or other associations, financial position and more.

You may opt to be anonymous in transactions with us, by using an anonymous username (membername). However, if you want to make use of some of the services, or to be contacted by us, you will need to provide accurate "personal" information, such as email address, name and phone number, address and date of birth.

If using a fictional username, you may not knowingly take the username of another person for the purpose of providing misleading, untruthful, contraversial, private, disrespectful or incriminating information about that person, or to pretend to be that person.
